Sherry brings over 20 years of accounting experience in nonprofit financial management and budgetary oversite.   She has worked at reputable and long-standing organizations such as the American Heart Association, The Children's Aid Society, and The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).  Through these roles, Sherry gained deep insights and experience in non-profit management from the accounting perspective, which includes timely spend-down planning, program maintenance and sustainability, and staffing.  As Chief Financial Officer, she manages accounting and financial operations, the annual audit, and provides guidance and support around the budgetary aspects of program and staffing viability.
