John McHugh is a seasoned property management professional with over 40 years of experience in construction and building operations management. As Senior Property Manager, he is responsible for overseeing Collegiate's Sacred Properties, providing guidance on the effective management of Collegiate's campuses, and for developing strategies to optimize the care of Collegiate's property holdings.

John concurrently serves as Property Manager of the Marble Collegiate Church—a historic 1854 building that he has been a fixture in for over 30 years. At Marble, John has led countless construction and refurbishment initiatives, including multiple ALT-1 construction projects on Marble's Landmark building. A jack-of-all-trades, he has previously worked in contracting, general construction, and several real estate management capacities.
